If you’re having site issues or difficulties, reach out to customer service at mosaic@canopyandvine.com. You should receive a response within one business day; for urgent issues, your account manager can assist with escalation.

Marketplace offers home office–approved branded merchandise, community identity and creative themes for print and media usage. Orders are subject to budget approval. Once approved, standard production time is 5-7 business days, plus shipping transit.

All orders will be included on the monthly summary invoices issued by Canopy & Vine and submitted to the home office for payment.

All domestic orders should be processed within 5-7 business days and will ship via ground service, unless otherwise requested. Please reach out to your account manager for expedited shipping; expedited shipping is subject to budget and home office approval.

Shipments cannot be delivered to post office boxes. We recommend using your community address for all shipments.

Orders may be subject to sales tax based on your location.

Select items may be subject to minimum order quantities. Any item that requires a minimum order will have that information clearly stated on its page. When placing an order for an item with a minimum quantity, please be sure to order at least that amount; placing an order for less than the minimum order could result in your order being rejected or going through for an additional amount.

When you see a product that you’d like to order, click on the product name or its image. In the next screen, you will see the corresponding price and, below the price, a “Quantity” box. Choose the quantity that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart.” To continue shopping, simply enter a new keyword or browse through the categories.

You can delete a product from your shopping cart by clicking the red “X” next to it when reviewing the cart or any time prior to checkout.

You will know that your order has been sent to us when you see the Order Confirmation page on your web browser. This screen will issue an Order Number and provide a summary of the order you placed. It is a good idea to print a copy of this screen for your records.
